Update: We have brought back the full-size cupcake for judge presentation.
This will give you a larger art canvas and will live at your booth (for all to admire).

Competitor Space: 2’x3′
Provided 6-foot tables will be divided into 2 spaces. 
Set-up time is from 10-11am.

Please bring:
1 full-size cupcake for your display
4 mini-cupcakes for judges to sample
A minimum of 200 mini-cupcakes for guests - the more you bring, the more potential votes!

Participants will be judged on:
-Originality of Cupcake Flavor
-Taste/Texture
-Cupcake Presentation on Display
-Best Artistic Theme of Booth

Get festive with your booth's theme, as this creative element is a part of your overall score!

At 11am, the 4 judges will work their way from booth-to-booth, sampling a mini-cupcake each, and will give live feedback before the public arrives. Winners will be announced at 3pm. 

First Place winners in each category receive a handcrafted cupcake trophy made by our glass-blowing artists + a gift certificate to Jackson's Bistro. Awards announced at 3 p.m. 

New Award: Our "Overall Best Cupcake" winner will be awarded a coveted glass-blown cupcake trophy + will have the opportunity to feature their flavor at Jackson's Bistro!

Awards will be given in each category:
-Novice
-Professional
-Youth/Teen (Ages 10-16)
-Specialty (Gluten Free or Vegan)
-Overall Best Cupcake

-People’s Choice
-Most Artistic Booth 
-Best Cupcake Display Presentation

The People’s Choice award will be voted on by the attending audience via digital survey.
Votes will be tallied and winner of the People’s Choice Award announced at 3 p.m.

Multiple flavor submissions are allowed, but each flavor entered needs to be accompanied by a separate registration form and entry fee.
